Campaign Terms
This campaign is valid for new companies that contact Finrota for the first time between July 7th and July 31st, 2026, and are not registered in the database.
It is valid for the first annual license agreements for the Finrota Netekstre solution. Companies can determine the license fee according to their own budget. *It is essential that the first year's budget declared by the applicant companies within the scope of the campaign is in accordance with the commercial logic expected of a "prudent merchant" under the Turkish Commercial Code, the rule of honesty, and market realities. Symbolic budget declarations or budgets that are far from covering the operational/infrastructure costs of the product will be evaluated outside the scope of the campaign.
Finrota reserves the right to reject budget proposals that do not comply with the criteria of a prudent merchant and are contrary to the normal course of commercial life.
In applications with more than one group company or affiliated subsidiary, the right to determine the first year's price according to the budget is valid only for 1 (one) company. Offers will be sent to other companies based on the license price. Within the scope of the campaign, the annual license fee, which the participating company will determine according to its own budget, is valid provided that a maximum of 10 (ten) different banks are integrated into the Netekstre system.
This campaign cannot be combined with other discounts or campaigns offered by Finrota. Finrota reserves the right to change the campaign conditions or terminate the campaign.
